About the event

We all know we need time to pause and check our direction. To reflect on how the year is unfolding, daydream a little, recalibrate.

But in the middle of full lives, we rarely create that space for ourselves.

This session offers protected time to do exactly that—to reconnect with what you're hoping for in 2026, notice how you're tracking, and refocus on what you need next.

It's grounded in principles from horsemanship, martial arts and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), practices that help us work with what is, rather than against it. But this isn't about learning techniques. It's about quality reflection that leads to embodied, joyful action.

塵も積もれば山となる

Even dust, when piled up, becomes a mountain ~ Japanese Proverb

What you'll experience

  • I'll share principles from horsemanship, the Japanese martial art of Aikido, and ACT that support sustainable momentum

  • Space for reflection - individual time to check in with yourself about how your year is going

  • Small group connection - optional sharing with others who are pausing to do the same work

  • A simple 3-month action plan - not elaborate, just clear enough to help you refocus

This session is designed to help you feel embodied, connected to what you can actually do, and joyful about the path forward.

This session is for people who

  • Want structured time to pause and recalibrate (even when strategic plans exist, they need attention and adjustment)

  • Value reflection as much as action

  • Are curious about how principles from unexpected places can support their leadership and life

  • Want to reconnect with what matters without pressure or performance

Some participants will have done UNEARTH; others are joining fresh. All are welcome.

Please reserve your place by 18 February 2026.
