How does UNEARTH help?
While organisations invest in strategic planning to inform their direction and how they invest their time and money, as individuals, we often drift without the same clarity. UNEARTH helps you create your own meaningful plan — your vision, your priorities, and the support you need — so you can navigate the year ahead with purpose and connection and spend less time getting distracted or wasting your efforts on things that aren't aligned with your values.

Sandra
"The most valuable part of UNEARTH was being taken from my usual space and transported to a reflective guided place. Pre workshop I had not thought too much about 2021 other than a few key events, but a sense of order and ease now prevails."
Ange
"Your sessions went above and beyond any expectations I had. I found the mix of activities increased my awareness and exposed previously hidden gems. The title 'UNEARTH' is truly apt! Thank you."
Irianna
"The most valuable part of UNEARTH was coming from a different angle, not an action plan or 'to do' list. As a result of the workshop I have a more holistic outlook and focus."

FAQ's about UNEARTH
How much individual work vs group time will there be?
We carefully plan the 1.5 days of UNEARTH so you spend more time reflecting than in many typical workshops. Some time is spent with us presenting and in group discussion, while we protect the majority where you will be supported to focus on your inquiry. We balance pacing so some people can move faster, others a little slower, and we give you the option to finish activities between the two sessions.
What if I'm anxious about sharing in a group?
There’s no pressure to speak in front of everyone. You can opt out of breakout groups or keep your camera off if necessary — we prioritise your comfort and agency.
Is there group coaching?Yes. There are moments when you can ask questions or get feedback in the main room. Plus, during your individual reflection time, you can request a coaching check-in in a breakout room.
The second day is long online — will there be enough breaks?
Absolutely. We schedule regular breaks. If you need more time, you’re free to step away to make a cuppa, stretch, or just breathe — all on your own terms.
I’ve done UNEARTH before. Can I just do it on my own?
You could, but many returning participants say each year feels richer. We refine the structure every year; plus, there’s something powerful about going through the process with others who are also committed. Each UNEARTH builds on the last, and small insights from earlier years can blossom into bigger breakthroughs over time.
Can I join with my partner or someone in my household?Yes! There’s a household rate, and when you book, you’ll designate who will be the primary contact. We’ll make sure the experience works for both of you.
What else do people say about UNEARTH?
"Doing UNEARTH for a few years now has led me to tackle bigger goals, to achieve things I would not have otherwise thought possible. It is amazingly true how supported small steps can lead to much larger ones. UNEARTH is now an annual must-do for me." ~ Michaela
"I generally find it hard to sit still; but having done UNEARTH three years in a row I spend more time reflecting on the weeks and months as they pass. It’s easy to forget all the good things that happen and all that I’ve done. I also love that creativity tends to be the bond that draws people to this workshop…the conversations I’ve had have invariably planted themselves in my mind and given a sense of a connected community across the country; a really special feeling for someone living in a more remote and isolated area." ~ Maria
"Your workshop was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the past year and set some goals for how to move forward in the new one. I personally benefited from the side chat room experience. The experience was engaging, inspiring, comforting and connecting." ~ Wendy
