UNEARTH: inspired direction for 2025
- EndedEnded
About this online retreat
Each year deserves our reflection and inquiry to put it in perspective. To dream and plan with clarity, we must review and learn from what has come before. Time and space are needed for this to happen and we all need support to help ensure we address each core area of life. Please email jessicaconnorkennedy@gmail.com if you would like to be informed of upcoming UNEARTH retreats and related events. We are not currently taking bookings but we can have you on our advance notice list. Coaching is also available if you would like 1:1 support and accountability. Please email Jessica to book a complimentary 30 min check-in to ascertain your coaching goals and needs, and see whether our coaching programs might be what you are after. Why we are doing this? Jessica Connor Kennedy and Adam Kennedy have been facilitating the UNEARTH process for many years, face to face and online with people who want to make the best of their precious time. They know this time of reflection and planning cannot be underestimated to move into the new year (or a new chapter) with positive intentions, drive, and excitement. For them, this work is the antithesis of customary and superficial new year’s resolutions that never seem to stick. This sticks.

"I’m a person who loves to be busy and productive and I generally find it hard to sit still; but having done UNEARTH three years in a row I find myself spending a lot more time reflecting on the weeks and months as they pass. It’s easy to forget all the good things that happen and all that I’ve done. I also love that creativity tends to be the bond that draws people to this workshop…the conversations I’ve had have invariably planted themselves in my mind and given a sense of a connected community across the country; a really special feeling for someone living in a more remote and isolated area."
