A 4-Session Applied Practice Series (Delivered over 4 months)
A structured, gently physical professional development program designed for frontline and administrative staff working in fast-paced, high-contact environments. This series blends applied principles from Aikido — a Japanese martial art centred on timing, balance, and redirection of force — with reflective workplace practice.
Outcomes

The Regulated Team Series provides structured nervous system education and practical regulation tools, delivered in a grounded, experiential format with the support of a trained wellbeing dog.
