About
My work has always been about people - how we learn, lead, and live well together. I’m guided by curiosity, care for others, and a deep respect for the wisdom that emerges when we pay closer attention to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us.

Finding my Path
I began my career with a degree in Agricultural Science and training as a facilitator in the Victorian Government’s agriculture department. Early on, I discovered that lasting change doesn’t come from information alone — it grows through dialogue, trust, and awareness.
From Research to Real Change
Working alongside farmers, researchers, and communities, I helped translate agricultural research into practical action. These experiences taught me how deeply people care about the land and how connection to place can shape purpose and leadership.
Learning in Motion
My work in schools drew me toward learning that’s alive — learning that connects body, mind, and environment. Whether with students or staff, I focused on creating spaces where people could reflect, move, and rediscover their capacity to respond with presence and creativity.
Listening for What Matters
Later, I worked in engagement and strategy roles, helping teams and organisations navigate complex conversations. I found that the same principles applied: when people feel seen and heard, clarity and alignment naturally follow.
Leading with Care
In health settings, I supported leaders and clinicians to create cultures of wellbeing, connection, and psychological safety. Here, the work became even more embodied; about pausing, noticing, and responding from awareness rather than reaction.
Today
Across these worlds; agriculture, education, engagement, and health my purpose remains the same: to help people and teams cultivate awareness, presence, and alignment so they can create lasting, positive change.
