Horses

Many people, particularly those who are high-functioning and sensitive to loud or overstimulating environments, experience a lack of belonging, confidence, and safe social connection. At the same time, parents of children involved in horse riding or equine therapy often feel excluded and disconnected from the horse world, limiting family engagement and support. This is why I offer the below programs designed to build practical horsemanship and riding skills along with confidence, emotional regulation in calm, low-stimulation environments.

Shelley, Director

"I’ve always been curious about what it would be like to be alongside a horse. The mirroring of the horse helped me notice my state of regulation. Your careful planning to match my goals felt just right. You are skilled, thoughtful and intuitive in how you gently present challenge and opportunity."
